We are able to accommodate early removal upon request. Q: I am planning a weekend festival. When will my restrooms be delivered?A: Orders for weekend events are typically delivered on Friday and removed on Monday. Q: Are there any additional charges for rush deliveries or removals?A: The following deliveries may incur a charge in addition to the cost of renting the restroom:
Q: Upon delivery, where should my restrooms be placed?A: All restrooms must be kept within 15 feet of a hard surface that can accommodate a commercial pump truck. We are unable to leave restrooms on any street or sidewalk. Q: During what hours are deliveries typically made?A: Deliveries are typically made between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. Q: When is payment due?A: Payment in full is required before delivery. All major credit cards are accepted. Credit card convenience charges may apply. Q: Can I meet the driver to show where to place the units?A: Yes, upon request, Rumpke Portable Restrooms can call an hour in advance of delivery, and the driver will meet you at your designated location.
